Chamber HR

The Chamber of Commerce of Ireland has appointed Peninsula Business Services (the leading Employment Law Consultancy Group) to support Chamber HR, an initiative developed exclusively for affiliated Chamber members.

Chamber HR offers the following:

• Advice Line - 24hr a day, 365 days a year.
  
  
• An indemnification against the negative financial costs of resisting a claim in the Employment Appeals Tribunal or Labour Relations Commissions as well as an in-depth against having to pay possible awards that can be made against the respondent.
  
  
• Consultation Service - Comprehensive management providing staff contracts of employment, employee handbooks for all staff, employers' referral and all recording documentation, as well as full training for the nominated users of the system.
  
  
• Updates - New EU and Government legislation in the areas of HRM.
